When will I get my print?

US/Canada residents can expect to get their print within 30 days of the event closing. International customers may have to wait longer. We provide tracking whenever we are able to do so.

How do I add personalization to my order?

You must click the checkbox during checkout in order to add personalization. Please keep your messages appropriate and of a reasonable length; the actor has the right to truncate or otherwise alter your request based on their comfort level and the space available on the print. For video recordings, the same rules apply; the actor may choose to decline and refund your request, or alter it to make the message more comfortable for them. 

Oops, I forgot to do the exact thing you told me to do above. How do I add or change my order?

You can email us at [email protected], but please be advised that if you don't email us before the order is shipped, you will have to place another order.

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by our checkout service. We do not add anything on top. 

Are these prints signed live?

The live signings are up to the discretion of the actor. Make sure you're following them on social media so you know if, when, and where they'll be signing your print! 

What is your refund policy?

Because these items are individually personalized, there are no refunds or exchanges available for prints. If the print arrives damaged or otherwise incorrect, please email us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.
